1 . Scope / general

2. Registration

3. Order and conclusion of contract

Conclusion of contract
The customer's order is confirmed by Chasa Janett by email or SMS. A contract between the customer and Chasa Janett is only concluded with this confirmation of the order.
Incomplete fulfillment of the order
Chasa Janett's top priority is to deliver all products ordered in sufficient numbers and of high quality. In exceptional cases it can still happen that for various reasons not enough goods are available or cannot be released for delivery.
If products are not available at the time of delivery, they will not be forwarded and replacement items will not be delivered. The actual quantity delivered is indicated on the definitive delivery note and on the invoice. In the event of reduced or undelivered quantities, the customer is not entitled to any real claims or compensation.
If an article is not delivered despite being offset, the customer will be credited the corresponding amount in terms of value. There is no subsequent delivery and there is no claim for damages.
4. Delivery
Chasa Janett online shop limits deliveries to the territory of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
